Our median home price has increased yet again at +4.6% month over month to $569,900 - even with news of rising interest rates.
Our active inventory is -28.2% to 274 units, despite new listings being +33.3%. These new listings are going under contract almost as fast as they are listed, bringing down days to contract. Days to contract are -53.3% to just 7 days this month. This reduction puts the pressure on buyers to move quick when they see a home that fits their needs.
